Imagetek was recently recognized as a Premier Partner in the Fujitsu One Capture Alliance (OCA) program.

In partnership with Fujitsu, Imagetek continues to develop exciting relationships across many verticals centered around the Inofile interface on the Fujitsu 6010ns, network scanner and multifunciton device. 

 

Walk up, Scan and Go!

How simple is it? A user is prompted to log in to the Inofile interface, then prompted to select the available projects in their designated entity. After document scanning is complete the user is presented with the indexing fields for the selected project. Indexing is completed using the scanner’s touch screen and keyboard.

After indexing, the document is transferred for immediate retrieval. Customers scanning files at remote locations for Accounting, Human Resources, Student Records or Medical Records are perfect candidates for Inofile.

Inofile will:

  • Make it simple and easy to add content to your document management or line of business system.
  • Require no additional software licensing.
  • Create multipage Tiffs or searchable PDF’s.
  • Allow the user to QC and rescan the images on the Fujitsu touch screen, prior to upload.

Most importantly, Inofile allows you to walk-up, scan and go!
