Imagetek Introduces RADIX Sync

RADIX Sync provides a vital tool for updating PaperVision and ImageSilo / RADIX with data from an end users Line of Business system (LOB) to specific images/objects held in the PaperVision or ImageSilo / RADIX repository.

Business processes that require data synchronization include posting the check number into the blank check number field for an invoice, updating name fields from the LOB into an index field in PaperVision Enterprise, updating status fields, termination dates, policy ending date, or changing the SSN to the new employee ID number. RADIX Sync is bi-directional, allowing the user to update the LOB database from the PaperVision Enterprise or ImageSilo / RADIX for instances when the workflow of the document may change an index value or status.

RADIX Sync will:

• Allow the end user to download index data from PaperVision Enterprise / ImageSilo / RADIX to a local data source.
• Save your customers valuable time in post process “matching”.
• Run manually or on a schedule to update PaperVision Enterprise or ImageSilo / RADIX.
• Configure to specify search criteria to define which documents to update.
• Allow end user to define the field(s) used for matching the data in PaperVision Enterprise to the local data.
• Templates allow many synchronization routines to be created, saved, and run concurrently with a single seat for all projects within an entity.
