Automated rules enhance the efficiency of indexing including lookups to external databases, pulldown lists, auto incrementing, and image enhancement.

Infusion

Digital documents that have been stored to a directory structure can be automatically imported and indexed using the directory names, files name and attributes. This eliminates expensive conversions and manual indexing.
