Imagetek offers full service outsourcing options for every kind of conversion project, large or small. Imagetek also provides remote or onsite document processing, back-file conversion for your existing documents and conversion of microfilm or microfiche collections.

Your digital documents are loaded into your storage and management system and ready for retrieval with no effort on your part.

Document Handling & Preparation

Imagetek can manage your documents onsite, transport your documents to our preparation facilities or have your documents submitted to a designated P.O. Box for daily processing. The documents are then quickly prepared for scanning and imaging, including removal of all fasteners, Post-It notes and repair of any torn or bent documents.

Document Scanning

Through the use of state-of-the-art imaging software and scanning equipment, documents are captured and preprocessed with the latest software technologies to improve quality and remove noise and creating easy-to-view images. Digital documents can then be uploaded to the imaging system of your choice through a media upload, electronic file transfer or submitted to the digital document indexing service for further processing.

Document Indexing

Images created by the scanning staff or transferred electronically from your site can be indexed or data entered by our professional data entry staff. Data accuracy is guaranteed through data validation options including OCR technologies, barcode recognition, double data entry, blind data entry or database validation options.

Document Export

After documents have been scanned and indexed, Imagetek will export the information in the format that can be uploaded to virtually any imaging system or image format, including one of the RADIX™ web hosted imaging options.

Microfilm Storage

UltraSafe is a climate-controlled de-commissioned military bunker that provides elaborate and unmatched security and safety. The film is inventoried and stored in a climate controlled and organized a method. Prior to admission in UltraSafe each container is opened, inspected and inventoried, using a database. The film can be retrieved at which time it is checked out of the UltraSafe and returned to the client.

Microfilm Conversion

Due to the many and varied problems with acetate based film, film processing and film storage environments, destructive conditions are now evident with many film collections. These factors necessitate migration of the film images to another microform or a digital medium and Imagetek can provide these services for their clients.
