The servers are located in a secure physical facility with multiple points of presence and backup diesel generators to insure uptime. The RADIX servers are backed up hourly to a separate set of offsite servers in a hotsite location more than 500 miles away to protect from regional disasters. The documents are accessed via an encrypted SSL connection and auditing is enabled to track all activity and Imagetek has achieved SAS-70 certification for RADIX.
