Imagetek’s experienced Certified Hardware Technicians perform cleanings and repairs on many scanner brands including but not limited to Panasonic, Fujitsu, and Kodak. Purchasing a scanner is an investment for your business. We provide hardware maintenance contracts in our area to help protect and maximize the life of your scanner. The contract includes, two preventative maintenance cleanings per year, break/fix support, and onsite repairs. Our team can even make arrangements to help with your scanner without a maintenance contract. Please contact us for more details.
We have two types of Service Options:
#1: Onsite Agreement
Imagetek technicians will service the equipment at the customer location after troubleshooting the problem with the customer on the phone. Phone support is provided initially to resolve any minor issues or operator performed maintenance, reducing the downtime experienced by a customer. Imagetek will provide needed onsite service with an average 4 hour response time in Zone 1 (see picture below).
#2: Depot Repair
Imagetek will troubleshoot the problem with the customer on the phone. Phone support is provided initially to resolve any minor issues or operator performed maintenance, reducing the downtime experienced by a customer. If the unit cannot be repaired on the phone, you'll be able to ship the unit to us here at Imagetek. As soon as our technicians have repaired your scanner, within 3 days, it will be returned to the client. The customer will be responsible for hooking the replacement model up to their computer equipment. Imagetek will assist the customer setup the scanner by phone at no extra charge. Shipping charges are paid by the shipping party.
