Technical Support Job Description:

Currently, Imagetek is looking for a technical support engineer that enjoys getting to know and working with customers and new technologies, with the career path of working up to a Sales Engineer. Starting you on the ground floor in a support environment is a typical starting point for leaders within the company.
You will need the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly through the various support methods including phone, remote web support, and onsite support as necessary.
The position will provide software support for document imaging and enterprise content management systems. Support will often involve troubleshooting inside the clients existing environments and may include desktop, server, networking, and peripheral support. Imagetek’s customers range in size from very small single user systems to multi-tiered systems with hundreds of users. Support needs will vary depending on the existing technical resources of the customer.
